INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES & FAMILIES
Counselling Sessions:
- 1.0 hour session: $150.00
- Couples 1.0 hour session: $200.00
- FNHA (First Nation Health Authority) – direct billing available
- *All rates include GST . Online sessions available via Zoom Video Conferencing.
SUPERVISION
for Practicing Counsellors:
- Individual 1.0 hour session: $150.00
- Dyadic 1.0 hour session: $100.00/per person
- Groups: $75/hour per person

Flexible Payment Options
- Payment is required at the end of each session.
- You can pay by cash, cheque or E-transfer.
Are you Covered?
Extended Health Care Plans Coverage of Fees
Fees are not covered by BC Medical Services Plan but they are covered by some extended health plans. Most insurances will cover counsellors from a variety of professions, however some cover only registered social workers and some cover only psychologists.
For extended health insurance plans, you will be required to pay and then submit your receipt in order to be reimbursed by the insurance carrier. Please check with your employer or extended health provider to find out what your coverage includes.
If you are registered with ICBC, Mental Health or Family and Children Services you may be covered with your case workers approval. If approved, I may be able to bill directly to that service.
Establishing Pre-Approval
Questions to ask your extended medical provider:
- Does your plan cover Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or do they cover Master Therapeutic Counsellors [MTC]? I have both these designations.
- How much am I covered for in total and per session?
- Is there a deductible?
- Is the coverage per calendar year or another fiscal year?
Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments represent a loss of opportunity for someone else to receive services. Please let me know as soon as possible if you will not be able to make your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, there will be no charge. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your full appointment fee will be charged. If you do not phone or email to cancel your session, I will assume that you are delayed and will wait for you throughout the booked session and the full fee will be charged.
